Sporting Omaha FC is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, based in Omaha, Nebraska. We provide soccer opportunities for youth players. Sporting Omaha FC is a member of the Nebraska State Soccer Association (NSSA) which is a member of United States Youth Soccer. That membership provides for structure and rules which Omaha FC must follow.

Teams are formed based on the BIRTH YEAR of the participant. For example, if your player was born in the fall they will play with players based on their birth year, not their school grade. This senerio would possibly place a player with other players in a grade above. (Everyone born in 2007 will play on the 2007 team).

Program Descriptions
Youth Development Program (YDP) Ages Under 4 through Under 10

This program does not require any prior playing experience. There are two seasons, fall & spring. Each season requires re-registration. The spring season begins around April 1st, and is completed by the end of May. The fall season begins mid-August and is complete by the end of October. For younger players, (U4-U8), we offer both a Northwest and a Southwest program. Parents may choose the playing location based on proximity to home or based on the day of play. U9 & U10 players may have games at either a NW or SW location. However, U9 & U10 parents still select a location so that practices can be close to home.
