With the Cornhusker Classic being a Nebraska State Soccer sanctioned tournament, teams are responsible for following NSS COVID-19 game day procedures. We ask everyone to do your part in adhering to these standards and helping us prevent the spread of COVID-19 so we can keep the game safe for all of our participants.

Key COVID-19 Guidelines for Teams and Spectators:

  • Teams are required to arrive at their game field no earlier than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled game time and to allow prior game participants to clear the field before approaching.

  • Face masks are strongly recommended to be worn by coaches, spectators, and players when not physically active.

  • Spectators should maintain social distance with others not from their immediate household before, during, and after the game (6 feet or more).

  • Any individuals with symptoms should not attend. Symptoms include cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, headache, sinus congestion, sore throat, and vomiting/diarrhea.
